Do you have computer NECK?

 
Computer neck is a condition that you may experience if you are sitting at your desk for long periods of time hunched over your keyboard trying to see your monitor more clearly.
 
You are consistently feeling tension, tightness and pain in your neck and shoulders. If very uncomfortable and can lead to chronic neck pain.
Your muscles are shorting and becoming tight and weak. Do neck exercises daily to strengthen neck muscles.
 
Things you should change at your desk if you are experiencing weak neck muscles:
Change the arrangement your desk to were your feet do rest on the floor. Elbows should be at a 90° angle and forearms parallel to the floor. Your monitor should be directly in front of you.
