Now and Zen Bodyworks Cancelation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancelation policy if your book your appointment in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment the same day there is a 3-hour same day cancelation policy. If you have purchased a voucher and you don't show up, rebook, cancel within 3 hours prior to your appointment your voucher will be subject to forfeiture. Please read your voucher very carefully.
