You're Sick Now What?!?!

If it's the Flu it will hit you hard and fast.

Here are some tips to Stay Healthy:

Drag yourself to the doctor. Taking antiviral medication it will cut down your sick time.

Have these things handy a box of tissue, thermometer, eye mask, green tea, increase your fluid intake (divide your body weight by two; that number will be the number of ounces you should drink daily). Stay away from sugars and dairy products. Most flu's run a course of 9-10 days. Rest, your body will need 7-14 days to totally bounce back. Just some tips to help you get well. Get Well Soon.
